I was a member of
San Ignacio School HMUN 2023 delegation.
In
the Harvard Model of United Nations conference of 2023, my assigned
committe was a 178-delegate General Assembly. During my preparation
process, the question
"What will make ME stand out from so many people?"
popped up in my mind numerous times. Many delegates will make good
speeches, bring up great solutions and have distinguashed
leadership.
That is how I came up with a
strategy that would fit my committee, associating
myself and narrative to flowers. When the conference time arrives, I
followed my plan by heart. As a result I won
Best Delegate in the World Conference of Women Committee.
Nowadays, I guide delegates to go beyond the basics.
Delegates who are already confident on their public speaking and
negotiation but want to uplevel to a strategy that makes them stand
out from the rest, making themselves and what they represent a
strong brand that fits with the committe.
